It is necessary to attach the consent of CUE's student or a graduate if confirmation is requested by company or recruiting agency staff.
Request should include:
- 1. Name and last name of CUE's graduateora student
- 2. Date of Birth
- 3. Studentidentification number
- 4. Date ofcommencementandcompletionof study
- 5. Name of completed faculty and field of study
