Applying for part-time Ph.D. Studies in English

 The PhD programme in academic year 2012/2013 starts in autumn 2012

 

List of documents to be provide upon admission:

  1. Application form (document)
  2. Copy of official Identification Document (ID)* or passport (with visa, if applicable). Please copy this side of the document which contains the photo (and visa, if applicable)
  3. Original Master's diploma or its equivalent (Legalised, translated and nostrified)
  4. Opinion on Master's diploma provided by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (more information can be found at: http://www.nauka.gov.pl/higher-education/recognition-of-foreign-qualifications/getting-opinion-on-your-credential/ )
  5. 2 photographs (45mm x 65mm and 35mm x45mm)
  6. Diploma's supplement with explicitly stated GPA, or transcript of records (Legalised and translated)
  7. Document validating sufficient knowledge of English (doc. )
  8. Medical certificate concerning candidate's health (doc.)
  9. Copy of health insurance
  10. Additional documents (translated into Polish if applicable)
  • List of publications
  • Participations in conferences
  • References
  • Academic awards, citations
  • International experience (exchange programs, international traineeships), etc.

*Only those national ID's, which are legally acknowledged by the Republic of Poland will be considered (e.g., ID's from Schengen Area).

After being accepted by the Doctoral Program Committee, student will receive information by e-mail. Letter of Acceptance will be sent to the student at their residence address.
