DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: 30th JUNE, 2010!
Step 1 - PREPARE APPLICATION PACKAGE:

-subject choice form (choose the appropriate semester):

-3 passport size photos,-accommodation form - download
-copy of the English language certificate
Minimum level of the English language knowledge is B2 (Common European Framework of Languages). If an applicant is not able to provide us with the copy of English certificate will be asked to write our English exam which is at B2 level. Please check the English exams we can accept.
- additional for applicants to Polish Path - copy of any document proving your current level of Polish. Applicants who know some Polish but do not have any certificates will be asked to write a short placement test in Polish.

Step 2 - SEND YOUR APPLICATION PACKAGE BEFORE THE DEADLINE:

Pay the tuition fee (if applicable) - confirmation of payment should be sent to the International Programmes Office upon receiving pre-admission letter. See COSTS for details on tuition fees and bank details. Please state the purpose of payment (e.g. English Track Business Studies or English Track Polish Path)
Please note: deadline for submission of applications is June 30 for Autumn semester and 10 December for Spring semester (before this deadline we expect you to send us full application package). Documents sent after deadline as well incomplete applications will be rejected.
Step 3 - MONITOR THE STATUS AND THE PROGRESS OF YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS:
You stay in touch with a coordinator from International Programmes Office responsible for incoming students. Provide additional information if needed.
Step 4 - WHILE WAITING FOR THE LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE FROM INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES OFFICE:
Make sure you have appropriate insurance for your study period in Poland
Inquire at the local Polish Embassy whether you will need a student visa
Send your Accommodation Application Form (after that you stay in touch with a person responsible for accomodation)

Step 5 - UPON RECEIVING THE LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE:
Keep in touch with International Programmes Office or your personal polish student tutor regarding arrival matters.
