Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is a student organisation founded in 1990 for supporting and developing student exchange.

ESN is present in 344 Higher Education Institutions from 33 countries. The network is constantly developing and expanding. The ESN UEK section was established in 2004 thanks to the great effort of  Ms. Katarzyna Urbaniec, that is currently an honorary member of the section. Later on it has developed greatly and become one of the best known and appreciated student's organizations at the Cracow University of Economics.

At the moment it is gathering about 70 students that everyday commit their time to make Erasmus' stay in Krakow an unforgettable experience. How do we do it? By organizing various events integrating Erasmus and Polish students.
Each event is organized by different ESN inside sections:

Travel - these people give Erasmus the opportunity to visit other Polish and foreign cities and places
Party - organizes the best parties in Cracow, where all students can meet and have a lot of fun together
Culture - as Erasmus is not only studying but also learning about foreign cultures, the Culture section helps Erasmus get to know Polish culture by visiting museums, theatres, watching Polish films etc.
Sport - this section helps Erasmus students stay fit by organizing sport events, like soccer matches, climbing sessions or ice-skating at winter
Social - we want to make Erasmus stay in Cracow unforgettable, but not also because of parties. That is why we organize charity projects coordinated by the Social section - so that Erasmus people can contribute to helping people in need, especially children
HR - this is the section that main aim is to care for the good relations between ESN members by organizing team building events for them
PR - this section takes care about ESN's image among students and all the people connected with them.
