University Integrated Safety System
Cracow University of Economics has ranked among Poland's best higher education 
institutions of economics for a number of years, and its popularity is confirmed by an increasing number of polish and international candidates who wish to enroll. The University offers 45 majors of study at the level of Bachelor, Master and PhD. The University' Campus occupies 7 hectares of land. Its facilities includes some historic,
monumental buildings from nineteen's century from one side and very modern, recently built from the other. Students have access to modern lecture rooms, the library, specialized laboratories, computer rooms etc. The main part of the campus is covered with a free WiFi network (see the map). The University is also concerned about the comfort of its disabled students - all the campus facilities are equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts for the physically disabled as well as specially adjusted lavatories.
The University make all possible efforts to take care of students' psychical fitness. 
Students have various possibilities to practice their favorite sport disciplines. Students may participate in trainings in more than 30 sports sections of the Academic Sports Unions. A modern multi-functional gym (51 x 28 m), an ozone in-door swimming pool (dimensions close to an Olympic size pool), tennis court, sport field and a fitness room - all these facilities are accessible for students.
The Psychical Education programe includes such sports as basketball, athletics, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, step, aerobics, swimming, badminton, skiing, "watch your figure", fitness (bodybuilding), football, handball, kung-fu, chentai-fi, judo, sun shou. The most attractive sport activities, very popular with students, include skiing, cycling, windsurfing and sailing camps. CUE organizes a number of cycling, skiing, snowboarding and sailing seasons camps for students and staff.
Social facilities are equally good with a range of cafés, bars, restaurants and other meeting places.
Cracow University of Economics is located in the very centre
of the city of Cracow, ten minutes walking from the beautiful historic centre listed on the UNESCO Word Heritage list. The city transportation system (buses and trams) offers easy access to the campus at Rakowicka Street from different part of the town. To see how to find us click here.
The City of Cracow and Poland in general is a cheap place to live, especially in comparison to western countries of EU. Just to show some examples: students dormitory can costs about 50 - 80 euro, private accommodation 100-300 euro, five-month travel pass for Cracow public transport about 40 euro.
